Q1. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days to arrive in the US.
Q2. How much does shipping cost?
A. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Q3. Can I return or exchange an item?
A. Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details.
Q4. Can I cancel my order?
A. If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at support@mosswatt.store. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — but you can return the item after delivery.
Q5. Do solar products work on cloudy days?
A. Yes, our solar products can still charge on overcast days, though at a reduced efficiency (typically 20–50% of peak output). Direct sunlight provides the best performance.
Q6. Are your products waterproof?
A. Several of our products are water-resistant or waterproof (rated IP65 or higher). Product-specific ratings are listed on each product page.
Q7. How do I track my order?
A. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to check your order status.

Q9. I received a damaged or wrong item. What should I do?
