We want you to be completely satisfied with your MossWatt purchase. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

 

30-Day Return Window

 

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • - In original packaging with all tags attached
  • - Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mosswatt.store with:

  • Your order number
  • - The item(s) you wish to return
  • - The reason for your return

We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@mosswatt.store with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • - Items returned after the 30-day window
  • - Gift cards
