Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (US)
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
FREE shipping on all orders over $50.
For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via standard international carriers including USPS, ePacket, and similar services depending on your location.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MossWatt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
